Homeless Writers Coalition
today i went to Skidrow, LA with my friend's churchies.
i went to skid row before, but this time it actually had an affect on me.
Skid Row, is like the GHETTO of LA the city of angels. the pavements are stained with pee, and blood. Homeless people around every corner, not just black people, there were whites, Mexicans, and Asians. Each one of them have their own story.
Churchies gather at this street, and we just started singing worship, people come and sing with us, some came because they wanted the soup that came at the end. But still, we're reaching out. My group we went around the corner and started to hand out water bottles. The Pastor encouraged us to converse with the people. So we tried.
Frank. Frank is a black male, about 5'10" ish, he looks 40, but his hair is more like 50. He has a beard but instead of a normal beard, it is a beard that's split in 3 places. Frank, was raised on the street since he was 13 years old. Out of everyone I've met today, Frank is my favorite. He's a hella good artist, he is like the shading expert. He draws abstract, combing faces, with landscapes. Incorporating the titan gods, every one of this drawings had a story behind it. [he also draw pictures of women, but yeah boys will be boys]. He drew a picture, of "hell" how the government is Satan, and we're trap... Frank carries around a folder, and in that folder is label, world history, art, math...
Other people? well, a guy on wheelchair name Johnny i don't know his situation, but he smokes alot, his right fingers are decaying. This lady, has a job, an apartment, a family, all in fresno. She lost her ticket back, and her paycheck comes on Tuesday. so she's stuck homeless until then.
We saw a wall, a rusty gate actually, on it are writings. From homeless, living around. i have pictures on my phone, so i'm trying to upload it. until then... lets just say, they're talented, they're emotional. Those people have something, they have a spark in the way they write. It is as if they hit every note correctly on a trombone...
The wall was called The Homeless Writers Coalition

Last one for sometime
so i'm just actually doing a Show and Tell...
i don't know if its bad or not, but yeah. i mean the picture, it was an ad or some sorts, so i can't really cite that back... cause it might be a virus or what...
so i think i should really write my own stuff, instead of copy and pasting others,
but i'm kind of publizing for them.
har har
last one of copy and paste for sometime.
ill be back when i think of something, somewhat original.
so poems are supposed to be all full
of emotion and crap.
and normally i'd try to write a crappy
poem when i feel that emotion and crap.
but right now, ohhhhhhh i feel that
emotion alright, but no poem can really
say it.
so maybe this will be a good replacement
that shows how i feel.

Awe
[IF]
If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you
But make allowance for their doubting too,
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise:
If you can dream--and not make dreams your master,
If you can think--and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build 'em up with worn-out tools:
If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it all on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breath a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: "Hold on!"
If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with kings--nor lose the common touch,
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you;
If all men count with you, but none too much,
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And--which is more--you'll be a Man, my son!

Are We Moving?
Will you come back?
I need to know
so I won't be hanging around
for nothing
Yeah, I know how to move on.
But do you?
If you don't, then don't move on,
and come back.
Why do I bother, when i'm the only one that read my blog.
I am a dork.
by the way... He kissed me.
I hope you're jealous...

Drama...
Drama and me are like... oil and water.
we do not mix
IF i can, i would kick drama's ass...
well Drama would kick my ass
but I WOULD totally fight drama...
what the Heck IS DRAMA?!
... to the dictionary!
the quality of being arresting or highly emotional
[dictionary.com]
wow... how.. insightful...
new source...
DRAMA is an association of a bunch of drunken retards who still think that they’re in high school. This association is only for inhabitants of Mexico and America, which includes Canada.
The Five Signs of DRAMA:
1. If you only listen to one side of a story, and then form your opinion, you might be a DRAMA member.
2. If you take sides when two of your friends are fighting, which only adds to the DRAMA, you might be a DRAMA member.
3. If you don’t talk to someone because you’re mad at them, you might be a DRAMA member.
4. If you worry more about what other people are doing, instead of focusing on yourself, you might be a DRAMA member.
5. If you continuously gossip, or talk negatively about total strangers in a social setting, or talk about someone behind their back (whether it be friend, foe, or strange), you might be a DRAMA member.
i like this... www.urbandictionary.com
it speaks the "language" the non-existent language that everyone knows if they are still "updated" whatever that means.
my drama
is competition.
i am at odds with one of my friends or i hope she is still my friend.
you see...
we're both in color guard. we're both "good". we're the same grade.
and the big whopper
we're fighting for captain.
aha
that leads to competing.
but i realize I'm only competing with her cause i think she's competing with me.
and reverse.
so ... in reality
we didn't ask each other
we assume
so since i know the situation and the answer
why don't i stop it?
it is past the level of stopping
all i can do now is watch.
that is my thoughts today.
apologies for grammar.

Food for Thought
i mean it's an abbreviation for emotion. right?
well then why isn't everyone emo? why is it only some selected people are chosen to be in a group called the emo kids??
yes i know, emo means depressed... something something. but really, where did emo come from?
when i hear emotional, i think sad, crying, overracting. emo kids are kind of like that. they are absolutely sad. i think. they overract causing them to hurt, themselves
which i think
is totally stupid
gosh just kill yourself already
... sorry. x]
i don't know what else to write.
someone tell me what is emo?
